What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, a personal check, or cash. We do not offer payment plans for our services. Payment is due immediately on completion of your service and will be collected by your service technician.

Do I have to be home for services to be performed?This depends on the service, but usually it is necessary to have someone present for at least part of the time during the work we perform at residential homes.

Do you service outside of Longview?Yes, we serve up to a 60 miles radius around Longview. For all services calls travel time will be included.

Do you work on weekends?Yes! We have a 24/7 answering service to take your call and a plumber is always on standby ready to respond. Emergency rates do apply outside of regular business hours.
